Agreement
By installing, accessing, or using Jukebox Portal, you agree to these terms and to comply with Discord's terms and community guidelines. If you administer a server, you are responsible for configuring and using the service appropriately in that community.
Service description
Jukebox Portal provides Discord music playback, song requests, stored playlists, player controls, and optional web-management features. Features and limits may differ between Free and Premium plans and may change as the service develops.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe intellectual-property rights, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, abuse third-party platforms, distribute malicious content, or harass others. You are responsible for music and links submitted by members of your server.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may be changed, suspended, rate-limited, or discontinued to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or third-party compatibility.
Premium features
Premium subscriptions, when offered, provide access to the features described at purchase. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options are presented through the authorized purchase platform. Except where required by law or platform policy, access already delivered for a billing period is not refundable.
Third-party services
Jukebox Portal depends on Discord, hosting providers, and media-search or playback services. Their separate terms apply, and changes or outages in those services may affect Jukebox Portal. The service does not grant rights to copyrighted music or other third-party content.
Termination
You may stop using the service or remove it from a server at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, security risks, nonpayment, legal requirements, or violations of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The application owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
